Traditionally used to bring offerings to a Buddha statute, and to present food at Buddhist monasteries, this striking large red lacquer,12 ribbed 'melon form' bowl rests upon six feet which blend beautifully into the base of the bowl forming a hexagonal black lacquer shape.
